We are NOT alone. In fact, we are traveling in a pack… CoolCaroftheDay.com is a lot of fun, but we have a couple of other spots that we use, too.
If you like FaceBook, we have a page that we update with cool stuff… and we’d LOVE for you to hang out there, too. Post up pics of your Cool Cars (and trucks, Jeeps, motorcycles or planes) and tell us what you think of the cars, pics and stories we are posting. We really do want to hear… because that is the best way for this site to have more of what you think is cool.
And then there is Posterous. Is is another blogging platform, and we use it for quick hits… As we surf around the web we come across stories, websites, videos and pics of cool cars, and we pop a quick post up on CoolCaroftheDay.mobi. Generally, it consists of the story and a little lead-in commentary. Again, we’d love to have you stop in and interact with us… comment, tell us what you like or what you want to see more of.
But wait, there’s more… We’re on Twitter, too. You can catch us at Twitter.com/CoolCaroftheDay. You’ll find post announcements for our sites as well as some conversation. And we just opened up our YouTube channel at YouTube.com/CoolCaroftheDay. There are interviews with some of the Featured Cars’ owners as well as some other video based content. There are some other social media platforms that we are looking at, as well. We’re always looking for cool new ways to bring the coolest cars to you.
And as always, if you have a Cool Car, or know someone with one… and think it would be a good addition to the site, let us know. CoolCaroftheDay [at] gmail [dot] com would be a good way to do it. If you’d like to advertise your business here, send us a message at the same address, and we can work that out, too. Same goes for car club events that are open to the public… we’ll put them on our calendar (meetings, shows, races, cruise-ins, poker runs… whatever).
All of our platforms allow you to subscribe, most by either RSS (Really Simple Syndication) or eMail. That way you can get the latest info sent directly to your eMail inbox or feed reader.
Speaking of feed readers, we are using Pulse for Android… it is really cool. Check them out in the Android Market. They are also in the Apple App Store.
